The TOSCO Organic Project and GOTS
We are promoting the “TOSCO Organic Project”. Since 2011, from cultivation of ramie to the creation of drafts, we carry out certified organic farming in compliance with EU rules for farming, and GOTS certification, the global organic standard
for textile products, for processing.
Currently, GOTS certification has been obtained for the Mihara Factory and the spinning process at Kunshan Tosco Textile Co., Ltd. With this, the processing procedures up to yarn spinning have
been established. TOSCO’s organic products have cleared internationally strict auditing standards and are manufactured as certified, environment-friendly products.

Partnership with TEX NORD
― The cooperation system in three companies;
TEX NORD, TOSCO and YIXING SUNSHINE. ―
In March 2018, TOSCO contracted a partnership agreement with a flax row material trading company TEX NORD which is 100% capital contribution of the largest flax cooperative TERRE DE LIN of Normandy in France. This partnership aims to promote
values of their high standard flax, our linen yarns and fabrics together.
We also have been developing high quality linen yarns at a Chinese spinning mill YIXING SUNSHINE with strong relationship for long time.YIXING SUNSHINE has
also been using flax from TEX NORD.Through partnership with TEX NORD, we have built a unit of three companies and we commit traceability of flax materials to yarns and fabrics.
